Privacy Policy for Orange Space: Fly to Explore

This Privacy Policy describes how Orange Space: Fly to Explore (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the mobile application Orange Space: Fly to Explore (the “App”), available on iOS and Android under the package/bundle ID com.orbitshift.space.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information stored only on your device
The App may store the following locally on your device (for example via on-device preferences), and we do not operate our own servers that receive this data:
- Game progress and tutorial completion status
- Best scores / awards
- Sound and other in-app settings
Uninstalling the App or clearing app data typically removes this local data.
1.2 Information collected by advertising (Google AdMob)
The App uses Google AdMob to show advertisements. Google and its partners may collect and process information related to ads, including:
- Device identifiers (such as Advertising ID / IDFA, depending on platform and your settings)
- IP address
- Device and app information (model, OS version, app version, language)
- Approximate location derived from IP address
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
- Diagnostic / crash-related technical data related to ad serving
This information is used to serve ads, measure performance, limit how often you see the same ad, and (where permitted) personalize ads.

1.3 Game Center / Google Play Games
If you sign in to Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, those platforms may process your account/profile and leaderboard-related data under Apple’s or Google’s privacy policies. We do not control those services.
1.4 Information you choose to share
If you use the App’s share feature, content you choose to share is handled by the system share sheet and the destination app you select (Messages, social apps, etc.). We do not receive that content on our own servers.
1.5 What we do not intentionally collect
We do not intentionally collect:
- Your name, email, phone number, or postal address through the App (unless you contact us directly by email)
- Photos, contacts, microphone, or precise GPS location for our own use
2. How We Use Information
We use information as follows:
- To operate and improve the App (gameplay, settings, progress)
- To display advertisements via AdMob
- To support optional features such as leaderboards / achievements through platform game services
- To respond if you contact us
3. How Information Is Shared
We do not sell your personal information.
Information may be shared with:
- Google (AdMob / advertising partners) — to serve and measure ads
- Apple / Google — if you use Game Center or Play Games
- Service providers — only if we later add analytics, crash reporting, or hosting, in which case this Policy will be updated
Advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies as described in their policies.
4. Advertising Preferences & Tracking Controls
You can limit personalized advertising using your device settings:
iOS / iPadOS
Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → turn off “Allow Apps to Request
to Track” (and/or reset advertising identifier where available)
Android
Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization (wording may vary by
device)
Note: Even if you opt out of personalized ads, you may still see non-personalized ads.
5. Children’s Privacy
The App is a casual game and may be used by a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) for our own purposes.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at victorv.realest@gmail.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete it where applicable.
Important (AdMob): If your App is directed to children, or you treat users as children under COPPA / similar laws, you must configure AdMob for child-directed treatment / under-age users and use only appropriate ad content. Align this section with how you actually configure AdMob and your App Store / Play age ratings.
6. Data Retention
- Local App data: retained on your device until you delete the App or clear its data
- Ad-related data: retained by Google / AdMob according to Google’s policies
- Emails you send us: retained only as long as needed to respond and for ordinary business records
7. Security
We take reasonable measures appropriate for a mobile game that primarily stores data on-device. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
8. International Users
If you use the App outside the country where we are based, your information (especially ad-related data processed by Google) may be processed in other countries, including the United States, where privacy laws may differ.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (for example EEA, UK, California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data, or to object to certain processing.
Because most App gameplay data stays on your device, the primary way to remove it is to uninstall the App or clear App data. For advertising-related requests, you may also use Google’s tools and your device ad settings.

10. Third-Party Links and Services
The App may open links or rely on third-party services (ads, game services, share targets). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
